We employ eco-friendly principles in all our work, using passive solar design, shading and environmentally sustainable materials to create a home which is pleasant all year round eliminating the need for mechanical heating and cooling.

Designs are created with extensive client consultation.

We have a wide range of experience in all types of design, from alterations and additions to existing homes, either modern, heritage style or new work.

THE PROCESS

Design stage - We begin with a client meeting to establish the brief and requirements and it is recommended that you have a wish list prepared.

After extensively analysing the site for environmental features such as orientation, on site works, solar geometry and drainage we proceed with an accurate coloured concept design.

The design is then altered until the client is satisfied.

Working drawings stage - They are drafted and presented to the client to submit to Council and the builder for tender. We can organize and liaise with other consultants such as:

  • Structural engineers
  • Hydraulic engineers
  • Landscape architects

We specialize in unique home designs as well as all architectural services for the residential, corporate and retail markets

  • Services - Interior design
  • Building design
  • Retail and corporate design
